Becoming a member of the AFDA (Australian Flying Disc Association) is an essential part of playing Ultimate. By doing so it ensures you are covered by their insurance, as well as supporting the insurance we need to run our events (such as public liability insurance). It is free to obtain a member number, with fees included as part of your league or tournament registration fees. You are required to have a number to regsiter for leagues, tournaments and training sessions.
If you would like to know more about the benefits of AFDA membership, have a look here.
Joining the AFDA
To join, follow these simple steps:
Oops - I've forgotten my AFDA number
You can search for your number - or the number of any AFDA member - by using the AFDA Search feature.
I've forgotten my AFDA password!
Firstly - don't panic! Second, go to the Forgotten Password page, and enter your AFDA number. The website will automatically issue a new password to the email address listed in your membership. If you do not get this email, check your Junk Mail / Spam in your email client. If you still do not have this email, perhaps your email address needs updating (see below).
My email address needs updating!!
If you have changed email addresses, but not updated your AFDA membership and cannot login, you can fill in the form on the Forgotten Password page. This will send a request to the AFDA Admin Officer to manually update your details.
I am still having problems :(
Then you probably want to email our friendly AFDA Admin Officer. He also plays with Hills - see if you can figure out who he is!
